Breeda O’Sullivan, the oldest of seven children grew up in a very organised home with thanks to her Mother, a very organised and practical person, who instilled those traits in her eldest Child.
Breeda first trained as a Beauty Therapist and enjoyed a very successful career which took her around the world from working on cruise ships to Head of Beauty in Harrods, of Knightsbridge. Breeda traveling with her career for 11 years, living in London, Australia and latterly in Dubai, where she set up the first European style beauty salon and went on to set up a beauty product distribution business in the UAE, for her Kuwaiti employer.
All this travelling involves a lot of packing up and moving on and this led Breeda to become the excellent organiser she is today. Breeda explains that “working in the beauty business instils a sense of pride in your place of work as your beauty room and trolley always had to be immaculate and there was a place for everything”.
Returning to Dublin in the mid 90’s Breeda saw a niche in the Beauty Market and introduced Jessica Nails to Ireland, kick starting the nail business in this country and distributed the brand to over 700 beauty salons around the country.
Breeda left the beauty business in 2013 and moved to The Isle of Wight where as a true entrepreneur she opened a furniture business called “Butterfly blue Interiors”, a furniture painting and upcycling business right in the heart of the sailing town of Cowes. In the course of this business Breeda would buy furniture from House clearances for her shop and that led to decluttering for clients.
Breeda returned to Dublin in 2017 and again saw a niche in the market and set up a professional Organiser/Decluttering service. As a natural organiser and a very practical person Breeda is the ideal “go to person” for help. “I just thrive on helping people organise their space, I work with my clients, empowering them in a non-judgemental way to make decisions on what’s important to keep and what is clutter. Together we find homes for items to keep and pass on the clutter for others to enjoy. Creating more space in your home, creates more space in your mind, saves you time and brings back a sense of pride in your surroundings”.
Breeda is a member of APDO, an organisation of professional organisers in the UK where she has completed a training programme and follows their code of ethics. Breeda values her client’s privacy and everything is confidential. Breeda is fully insured and is GDP compliant.
